MOST small businesses only need a static website and a working form, Mobirise give you this and even has a publish direct to Github which is simply amazing, your future looks bright, your work is a game-changer, thank you Mobirise. The best service for every Mobirise websiteįor already 5 years, our team have been creating the most effective premium extensions for Mobirise. I'm just looking forward and pointing out some of the positive experiences I've had working with Elementor in the WordPress world and think that some of that awesomeness would be nice to be available in Mobirise. I totally love what Mobirise has come up with, I really do. I think a lot of developers in any arena having to do with "page builders" in general could learn a lot from these folks, (even Divi which used to be the best, in Wordpress land, until Elementor came along,) that's all I'm saying. I think that Mobirise could learn a lot from what the folks at Elementor are doing. I'm actually very impressed with Mobirise, but I'm also very impressed with Elementor (Which is a WordPress plugin, so again no CONFLICT of my loyalties!) I could do just fine using a code editor and the raw Bootstrap platform as I understand HTML, CSS and Bootstrap. There's no conflict of interest at all, just my honest impression of where some improvements might be considered. Let me point out that this is completely an apples and oranges comparison as Elementor targets a completely different market that Mobirise. Look, it should be obvious to everyone that I'm not pitching Elementor in favor or Mobirise. Why can't I just jump in there and budge the margins or padding a bit to make it look right? Or, why should I have to look through dozens or more modules which are essentially the same but with just some minor difference when the same effect could be achieved within a single module but with more options, all the while not overwhelming folks which Elementor seems to do with Wordpress. For instance, I use a headline element, then underneath I use a two column text element but the width of the container are a different size. I'm not telling you how to do your job (like I said I love what you've come up with.) I'm just pointing you in a direction you might want to consider for future development, it's working out spectacularly for Elementor right hear what you're saying, I'm just suggesting that finer control could be worked into some of these modules. associated with WP) I'd be floored with enthusiasm. If I could use a front end tool like Elementor for static Bootstrap sites (and not be bogged down with all the maintenance and security plugins, etc. As good as that is, it's still Wordpress, which is a huge overkill for basic static websites like what you folks are specializing in with your focus on Bootstrap 4 (which is a great platform to build upon.) ![]() I love what you guys are doing, it's really good right now, Mobirise has the potential to be freaking amazing.Įlementor is really popular because it gives people the ability to build great looking website using Wordpress. Elementor is a really cool Wordpress Plugin "site builder" that's very intuitive with lots of great features giving you lots of control.
